Harvard’s Step for Women
Harvard Law School, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, took a large step for women sixty-five years ago. On October 9th, 1949, Harvard broadened their horizons by admitting women into their school. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a university not allowing women into their program, but, thanks to schools such as Harvard that branched out and welcomed new people, universities now open their doors to people of all types. This is a huge step in history that marked the beginning of opportunities for many people.
