The JV Maroon Football team defeated the Angleton Wildcats at home, Thursday night, October 11 with a score of 26-18. The Longhorns were led by Sophomore running back Josh Scruggs who rushed for several yards and scored two touchdowns. Fellow running back Zach Loskie also scored two touchdowns. Jay Clark scored a two point conversion after the first touchdown of the game. Sophomores Kachi Ngwaba and Saivon Llanos excelled defensively for the Longhorns. The Longhorns will host Lamar next Thursday, Octbber 18.
