The freshman black football team took on and defeated the Alief Hastings Bears Wednesday night, September 18 with a score of 34-0. The Longhorns were led by Trenton Harrell, Alex Fontenot, and Champ Allison who combined for several yards. Harrell scored the first touchdown and was followed by Allison who scored three. The defense was led by Amaechi Oghor and Sergio Martinez who forced a score through a safety. The Longhorns travel to Foster  to begin their district run against the Falcons.
