The JV maroon football team opened the season with a 22-20 victory over Ft. Bend Austin Friday, August 30. Michael Scruggs, Leroy Franklin, and Mikail Onu scored the touchdowns for the Horns. Blake Whichard hit Corey Chartier on a two-point pass to complete the scoring. The defense was led by Onyenkachi Ngwaba, Tessylim Anifowoshe, and Kristian Novosod led the way defensively for the Horns.
