Mia’s Table is a member of the Johnny Carrabba family restaurant chain. Other restaurants that are members of this family include Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Grace’s.  Mia’s Table is located near the Upper Kirby area in Houston, Texas.

Mia’s Table menu consists of typical American comfort foods including Chicken Fried Chicken, Burgers, and Salads. There is something for all ages. It is a place where you order your food and people bring it to your table. The atmosphere is family-friendly and inside the restaurant, it has a home type of feel with fireplaces and paintings throughout the space. The restaurant has a patio outside with plenty of seating and space for the kids to play.

The pros of this restaurant are good customer service, helpful employees, and plenty of seating. The restaurant has multiple rooms and a patio to find seating. The employees are polite and they will help you find a seat if the restaurant is crowded. The cons of this restaurant are Friday and Saturday nights. These nights the restaurant is normally crowded at dinner time and there are a lot of reserved tables. It is hard to find a table for a big party when most of the larger tables are reserved for groups later in the evening.

My personal experience was amazing at Mia’s Table. The wait staff was very helpful when trying to find a table for our large party of ten. I personally ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and gravy. The food tasted good and everything was cooked and fresh. I got their homemade lemonade as my drink and it was also really good.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants any fried foods and a nice place to hang out with friends and family on a nice day. Mia’s Table is open for lunch and dinner daily. If the weather is nice, you can even sit outside. Even when it is cold outside. they have outdoor heaters to keep you warm. This place has a good family-friendly atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy.
