Making school history George Ranch tennis won their first round of playoffs in the 6A division against Clear Brook. It was a hard fought match with an overall score of 10 to 9. Outstanding athletes of the night included Cameron Hass and Jesse Lorance who pulled out a big win in mixed doubles. Chloe Redies and Halley Edos also won their doubles match in a super tie breaker bringing the overall match score to 3 to 4. The players fought hard in singles. Outstanding singles performances came from Halley Edos, Jenna Lapierre, Jake Berry, and Ryan Grace. Congratulations to Coach Guidry, Coach Noonan, Coach Vrba, and the entire varsity tennis team. The team will be competing against Kingwood in the second round of playoffs later this week.
