Kaylah Ashley is a senior and actively involved in the school.  One of the areas she is passionate about is Student Council.

The Wrangler: What is your favorite thing to do in life?

Ashley: Student Council.

 The Wrangler: What made you want to be involved in it?

Ashley: I don’t know, I’ve always been in it, I want to make a change in the world.

 The Wrangler: Have you been like this your whole life?

Ashley: No, when I was in elementary I just let it flow, I didn’t care.

 The Wrangler: What impacted you to be this way about student council?

Ashley: Nothing really, I wanted to have a say in the school  and what they do.

The Wrangler: What is one thing you would like to improve on for the school?

Ashley: Overall Student Participation!

The Wrangler: what can you say about the certain improvement of the school this year?

Ashley: It’s more embracing divergent areas throughout the school.

The Wrangler: Have you seen any changes towards yourself this year in Student Council?

Ashley: Yes, I have become more outspoken as a leader.

The Wrangler: What goals have you met in Student Council?

Ashley: I have conducted successful projects ;such as, the Pink Out station and Veterans Day care packages.

The Wrangler: How do you feel about leaving Student Council?

Ashley: I am happy because I know we will leave a legacy for the next officers.

The Wrangler: Do you plan on continuing your goals before you leave school?

Ashley: Yes I do plan on continuing to reach my goal of making the school and community a more amiable and inclusive environment.
