Jacob Wilson is an athlete playing football and baseball for his school. He grew up in Alief, Texas. On Jacob’s free time he likes to read.

 

The Wrangler: How long have you been playing baseball ?

Wilson: I’ve been playing since I was 4, so for 12 years.

The Wrangler: What made you get into baseball?

Wilson: My dad made me, well asked me.

The Wrangler: What is baseball to you?

Wilson: Somewhat a big portion of my life.

The Wrangler: What do you find most challenging while your playing?

Wilson: Staying focused, you have different thoughts in your head.

The Wrangler: What is  your favorite position? What is your least favorite?

Wilson: My favorite position on the field is  center field. My least favorite is pitcher, pitcher has to much pressure on me.

The Wrangler: Do you want to play major league baseball and why?

Wilson: Yes, to make bank and it’s something I love.

The Wrangler: What professional player do you look up to?

Wilson: Craig Biggio.

The Wrangler: What do you look for in a professional player?

Wilson: Heart, he has to have heart.

The Wrangler: How long do you practice for?

Wilson: It mostly depends on the season.

The Wrangler:  What motivates you to play?

Wilson: I don’t know.  I like playing; it its fun.

The Wrangler: Are you scared to get hit by the ball?

Wilson: No, I’m not scared. I got hit before.

The Wrangler: What was your most intense moment?

Wilson: Meeting the number one team in the nation.
